Harmony

Located in Aurora, just off the I-70 corridor and east of E-470, Harmony is a master planned community spread out over 1,300 acres. This vibrant community features expansive parks, recreation trails, dynamic gathering spaces, and a lively community center—The Commons. At The Commons, there’s something for everyone to enjoy—indoors or out, year-round. Indoors, the community center is fitted with a fitness center, movement studio, coffee bar, children’s play area, and multipurpose rooms. Outdoors is the community pool with lap lanes, a splash park, and water slide as well as sports courts, playing fields, green space, playgrounds, and 10+ miles of trails that extend through the community.

As construction of the third phase wraps up, 1,000 units of the allotted 4,500 homes have been built. PCS Group is proud to be actively contributing to shaping Harmony’s landscape design, parks & open spaces, trails, monumentation, and community identity across multiple phases of this exciting project.
