Last Friday our team hit the slopes for our annual company ski day.

Proposed in Erie, CO, Spring Hill is planned to include 632 homes plus a 10-acre elementary school site, a pool and clubhouse, five pocket parks, and an extended regional spine trail.

In early January, the City Council of Dacono unanimously approved the Overall Final Development Plan and Final Plat, as well as the Phase 1 Preliminary Development Plan and Preliminary Plat for the Strata.

Adams County Board of County Commissioners voted 5-0 to approve the Todd Creek PUD Amendment and Preliminary Plat Filing 1.

PCS Group is proud to be actively contributing to shaping Harmony’s landscape design, parks & open spaces, trails, monumentation, and community identity across multiple phases of this exciting project.

Plans for Phase 1 of Midtown feature linear park connections throughout, a spacious pocket park for recreation, and a central boulevard linking Discovery Park to the west with future commercial spaces to the east.
